A Congolese modern eats

Unfortunately, this project was not successful

I am from a beautiful country, however it's always been plaiged by so much negativity. I want to change this. I remember when I was in Congo, we had orange sand, huge plantation that my grandma used to grow cast veriaties of fruit and veg, we kept live animals, usually they were part of the menu but the lived happily first and as children we played with them. I enjoyed most that I was part of a family of cooks my grandma being the best, as we would get sick she would get in the kitchen a cook us up this vegetable soup that was only ever made from bones and marrow bones and all the ingredients will come from the land. My grandma had the privilege of cooking for Muhammad Ali in the 60's as part of her role as official cook of the president house. As you can see I have a rich heritage in food and in cooking, importantly i understand how food and its freshness is so important not only to taste but to the intire dish. So it's my job to paint a new image of Congo and show the world just how beautiful we are starting with our food. Because it's, tropical, is rare, it's nutritional, it's delicious and amazingly only us Congolese know this.
