To develop young leaders capable of delivering projects that span over three weeks for youth in Africa.

Unfortunately, this project was not successful

Project aim

To develop young leaders capable of delivering projects that span over three weeks for youth in Africa.

About the project

In Janurary a new team of young people will learn interntional development skills to deliver projects for our partners YMCA Gambia and SOS childrens village. To prepare for the journey we will be learning hands on skills in youth work, teaching and team work, ready for the delivery of their project from August 2015.

Our key aims are:

To work with individuals skill sets so they maybe utilised to serve the needs of a perticular community

To provide cultural and social understanding of the given community

To create a strong and supportive group that will deliver projects abroad

As a participant our goal is to raise £1500 each which will cover flights, accomodation and resources for the project. As sisters we do everything together and are excited about the journey. As we are only 13 and 14 years old employment is not on the cards anY time soon, however we are not lazy and are willing to swap or skills for sponsorship.

We will also be creating local able top sales, bake sales and climbing the millenium dome.

We need to find as individuals:

£375 24th April

£375 29th May

£75 8th July

Your donations will be humbly received.

on Behalf of the Vessle, Kori and the cildren in Gambia thank you in advance.

Regards,
