Hello there.
What we are starting is going to impact many people on many levels.
We will be growing produce at Vista Allotments. The people helping to grow this produce will be volunteers from the local community. It will be a safe space for people to come and relax and
The Plot will be used as a main resource for supplying fresh produce to the community focused Lamppost cafe which will use the profits to fund social outreach programmes in the local area and projects further a field. Other produce will also go to the volunteers and local food banks.
The money you donate will help to buy the seeds, tools, polytunnels, transport for volunteers and to help with various other mini projects within the plot. Also to pay for the land and potentially secure more land in the future. The Plot at the allotment has already been secured.
Any amount given no matter how small will help.
Our main mission with this project is to provide a loving enviroment where people can come to make connections, to rediscover themselves and to build communities.
