The show:

Once upon a time in a grey, colourless world, someone is scribbling. Follow our brave young heroine as she leaps, splatters, swirls, boogies and paints her world into a brighter place.

Can our imaginative young artist vanquish the mighty shadow of greed? Exploding with energy, surprises and giggles, and set to a quirky urban soundtrack, this will be The Magic Paintbrush as never before.

A bit more:

With your help, The Magic Paintbrush will be presented by Springs Dance Company, choreographed by Darren Ellis and directed by Nathan Stickley; produced by Artstrust Productions.

It will be made for everyone aged 3+, to be enjoyed by adults and children alike.

There will be 4 dancers, 1 composer and sound artist, 1 choreographer, 1 director, and 1 video artist, all working together to create one story with one vision.

The research was supported by Pavilion Dance and Arts Council England.

What will the money go towards:

The money will enable Springs to take an exciting step forward in the integration of art forms, paying towards the digital layer of the performance, as well as the set. We want the show to be its best.

Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated. We have some brilliant rewards to show our huge thanks for your contribution.

Thank you so much for anything you can give.
