Short film: The Girl in Borrowed Clothes

Let's create something together.

Who am I?

My name is Jack Sapsford, I am 20 year old first time writer, director and also an actor.   My script, The Girl In Borrowed Clothes, is my first completed screenplay and has been born out of my passion to create and dream to achieve; a dream that is within touching distance.

What is the film?

Obviously I don’t want to give much away (why spoil the fun?!).  The film revolves around a single choice.  A life changing choice.

It will be shot in a single location and feature only two actors, myself and a remarkable actress named Guenevere Lambert whom, I am sure, everyone will know within a few years.

Why am I making a film?

As far back as I can remember I have always been fascinated by storytelling of all forms, be it books, films, television shows or video games and now,  I have a story I want to tell.

Don’t we all dream of making something we can be proud of?  Something we can show our family and friends and say “I made that.”

Why I need you:

And this, my friends, is where you can hop on this train and take the journey with me,  with your help we can push forward and create something down the track.

The money raised will help pay towards securing a location in which to shoot, props and costumes and above all paying a wonderful crew the wage they deserve.

I will ensure to keep everyone updated with a teaser trailer, pictures and stories of the process as I discover them for the first time.

The goal:

My goal is to have the film completed by late Quarter One 2017 and to send it to festivals around the world.

 Finally:

To anyone who donates or shares it means more than you could ever imagine.

Together we can do this!
