To raise awareness and funds for the Bombay Leprosy Project; a non-profit organisation aiming for a 'World Without Leprosy'.

In April 2015, Kirsty Knight, final year medical student at the University of Leicester, will be travelling to Mumbai, India, for 7 weeks to observe, assist and support the work of the Bombay Leprosy Project (BLP). Directed by Dr V V Pai, the project specialises in the identification, research and long term prevention of leprosy. The BLP is funded exclusively by the generosity of those who truly understand the importance of such a worthwhile cause.

Kirsty, alongside Will Knibbs, Sean Bulstrode and Edd Adams, will be running the Leicester Marathon in Oct 2014 to further raise money for this cause.

Any donation that can be made will go towards the vital equipment, resources and medical supplies that the project desperately need. Thank you, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
