Taste Traveller is an exciting new business venture aimed at bringing wonderful, local, independently-made food and drink, from all over UK & Europe, direct to your door.
We’ve all experienced that feeling, following a brilliant holiday in the sunshine, when we reminisce about the wonderful aromas, freshness and flavours of the foods we’ve enjoyed while away. Once we’re back, nothing we buy from the supermarket quite seems to match the intensity of flavour, authenticity of ingredients and overall quality of produce than the things we found in the little street markets of a small Italian village, the food fairs of France and the pretty hamlet in the UK with fresh pies and pasties!
Taste Traveller aims to put that right!
Making our way from town-to-town, village-to-village, our little team of food-loving fanatics hunt out the very best culinary delights they can find and assemble them into delivered boxes of goodness for you to enjoy.
Whether it be a ‘Taste Traveller’ box filled with goods from one particular location, a coffee-lovers collection from across Italy, a cheese and meat selection from Greece, or a single pie from Preston, we put together a vast array of special boxes of the best, fresh produce a region has to offer and bring them home for you.
Unbeatable in quality and un-rivaled in value, the contents of our boxes might be assembled by us but we’re not the only ones doing the choosing! By interacting with us on Facebook, tweeting our twitter page and following our regular video blog, you can help shape the direction of our journey and lead us to those special little places you once discovered.
Taste Traveller is all about the community experience. It’s an opportunity for us all to enjoy the many wonderful things we’ve found across world, share our own discoveries with others and come together in the shared pleasure of wonderful, authentically produced food.

Your generous support will help us to fund some of the administrative and logistical costs of keeping our team on the road in the UK until the end of the year and allow us to enhance our branding and marketing activities across a range of media.
FOLLOWING US LIVE
We plan to film each of our food & drink gathering moments, in all the little places we stop, for all our followers to enjoy and will post them regularly on our blog, website, Facebook & Twitter pages. By experiencing live our journey of discovery with us, we hope that this continuous journal of our trip will serve as an entertaining and interesting (and occasionally amusing!) diary of the many things we see around the world and act as a useful reference for logging the products our customers want to buy.
The longer we are travelling, the more boxes we’ll add to our collection.
We’re also planning to compile a list of your favourite independent food and drink traders in the UK.
Whether it’s a pie-maker in Peterborough, a cheese producer in Cheddar or a cider brewer in Cirencester, we want to hear about the best little places you’ve found.
All of these fantastic little businesses will be featured on our website and included in our downloadable ‘Taste Traveller’s guide to the UK”.
