The centre opened in 1999 after being funded by the local community and the Big Lottery Fund. It's run by a Board of volunteers as a SCIO.

The centre offers fitness classes to all ages, and has a well equipped gym and spinning studio. Our Terminator Turmoil is a huge hit with the kids.

Unfortunately the Centre struggles to survive on the £14k per year awarded by Aberdeenshire Council.

Please help keep the centre open by donating today.  Here's what your donation could help us with:

  • 2p pays for Class licence (Les Mills) per minute

  •  £1 pays for Centre music licence for one hour

  • £15 pays for water usage per day

  • £20 pays for administration & accounting costs per day

  • £120 pays for building maintenance per week

  • £600 pays for electricity per month

Although the centre started the financial year with around £12000 of debt, and discovered another £8000 throughout the year, we expect to have reduced this to just £3000 by the end of the financial year. We need to be solvent in order to continue operating and are therefore looking to reduce this deficit.
