Steps offers children with motor dysfunctions such as Cerebral Palsy and Downs Syndrome the very best start in life. We are a specialist service working with young children and their families practising Conductive Education which is a learning process that includes all aspects of the child's development. Steps has 37 children who attend on a weekly basis and the families travel to the centre from across the East Midlands region to access our support. It costs £250,000 every year to run Steps and we don't receive any statutory funding! We are asking the general public to help us at this time as funds are getting very low and we need to keep this vital service open. It costs £5,000 for each child to attend Steps for one year and this is the amount that we are asking for you all to help us with, every penny raised will go directly to the children.
Please help a child at Steps. Thank you, from us all at Steps x
