Stanton Ilkeston FC Our Community Project

Our Community Project to build a new club house, community centre and football pitches for the children and parents of Ilkeston

Project aim

Our Community Project to build a new club house, community centre and football pitches for the children and parents of Ilkeston

About the project

Stanton Ilkeston Football Club was first established in 1921 and is an inclusive Community club that dedicates itself to providing sporting opportunity for all.

Players are encouraged to be creative whilst developing their own techniques without the fear of failure.

We participate with respect and fair play, within a team environment, built on friendship and mutual respect.

The Long Term Development of our Club and all of our members is paramount in all of the decisions we make.

Our club consists of football teams for both boys and girls from age 5 up to age 18 and beyond.

Stanton Ilkeston is a Charter Standard Community Club and we have been offered a grant by the FA towards the cost of building two new football pitches and a club house / community centre for the use of all of our 20+ teams and the local community.

However the FA have tasked us with raising £60,000 from our own resources before providing the grant.

Thanks to the tremendous efforts of our members and coaches over the last year, we are about half way there but still need a further £30,000 before our dream can become a reality.

Your support in our project with any sized donation is very much appreciated by all of us and we will thank each of you indvidually. If you would like any further information on our project please get in touch.
