Who we are.
Stage by Stage Theatre arts is a performing arts school for children aged 4-18. We are a not for profit organisation and have been providing fun and inclusive musical theatre classes for the past 15 years. Our classes have helped thousands of children develop confidence, explore their creativity, build relationships and escape the pressures of the playground.
Our future is at risk.
We recently celebrated our 15th anniversary gala at The Fairfield halls in Croydon. Soon after our performance the venue went into administration taking with them our box office takings totalling £4,947.30. This money was to pay for the costs we incurred in putting on the Gala, which saw 280 young people having the chance to perform in front of a packed audience with a live west end band. The closure of Fairfield has left us with significant debts that mean we can not continue to deliver our work. We have been categorically told that there are no legal avenues by which we can reclaim any of the money lost. That’s why we urgently need your help today.
Please help us save Stage by Stage.
We urgently need to raise a minimum of 2.5k to cover our debts and operation costs. Without this money we are not going to be able to continue providing classes for the young people who benefit in so many ways. Reaching our stretch target of 5k will enable us to fully recover from the sudden closure of Fairfield.
Without this money the future of the school is in jeopardy. Please take two minutes to watch our video and please, please make a donation - everything will help.
