Russell Gray Sneddon has been a full-time professional photographer for over 18 years and in that time he has worked on personal portraiture, weddings, news and sport. Russell seeks sponsorship funding to cover printing and framing costs of his debut Scottish exhibition, which will be held in Glasgow at some point in the first half of 2016.
An initial outlay of £400 has already been made by Russell to purchase the two main feature prints of the exhibition.
Russell hopes to have the exhibition in four sections, each with 18 prints fully framed and displayed:
- One, showcasing some of his previous work with SMHAFF (Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival), with whom he works as their regular commissioned photographer, each year.
- Two, a reportage set of photographs of Berlin in autumn.
- Three, a selection of black and white photographs taken in and around Glasgow.
- Four, a colourful display of images captured in Morocco.
As soon as all printing and framing is funded, Russell will find the most suitable gallery in which to display his work and commits to fully market the exhibition for greatest footfall.
All prints will be available for purchase throughout the exhibition and pledging funding to this project will get you the chance to receive a print of your choice at the reduced prices shown in 'rewards'. The more you pledge, the larger print you will receive. If you are overseas and cannot attend the exhibition, a thumbnail gallery of all images on display will be published on Russell's website www.rgspix.com, from which you can choose your desired print.
