The 'Seasoned by Chefs' brand is brought to you by the family-run creative agency R Media & Communications Ltd in partnership with chef restaurateur Brian Turner CBE, who we are proud to have on board in an advisory role position . We are passionate foodies and love promoting the fantastic culinery delights we have right here in the UK and Ireland, what ever it maybe from a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant to your local fish and chip shop. The bi-monthly magazine aims to bring readers a behind-the-scenes insight into the world of the UK’s best chefs.

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR HELP?
Seasoned by Chefs is now in its third year of publication. The first couple of years were a struggle, we saw a gap in the market for a top-end quality magazine, but finding its place and following took some time and preparation, as such we are now starting to see a return from all our hard work over the last 4 and a bit years.
The magazine is published on a bi-monthly basis and we churn out six issues a year full of great content, recipes and features written by some of the UK's great culinary food writers and journalists. As such the popularity of the magazine now, we started our website to conicide with features that we cannot fit into the printed version. Our current site has done us proud, but we have now out grown it. THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We need to commision a new bespoke website which incorporates everything that the business is now moving forward too. We are currently experiencing between 10,000-15,000 hits on the website a week and this figure is constantly growing, 75% of these are returning visitors. The new site will be a community for foodies, where you can share recipes and culinery treats with other likeminded people, we also need to incapture everything we are aiming to achieve. Some of which are listed here: live masterclasses and video streams, how to guides, chef and contributor recipes, foodie features and a brand new online shop promoting our great British artisan producers, giving them a platform to bring their products to market saving on huge set up costs with setting up websites and shops of their own. The update will also include a new Seasoned by Chefs app, where you can get digital copies of the magazines, news, features and recipes delivered straight to your phone or tablet.
100% of the fuding will be spent on the delivery of a new website and app.
If we raise our funding target we will donate £2000 to our nominated charity 'Cure Leukaemia'.
