Save North Devon Hedgehog Rescue

We're fundraising for North Devon Hedgehog Rescue to build a sanctuary for 50 hedgehogs. Without our help, the rescue centre may close.

New stretch target

In order to add extra facilities to house more hedgehogs, create an outdoor run area and added luxuries to help with the hedgehogs recooperation any extra funding will be put to good use at North Devon Hedgehog Rescue.

Project aim

We want to help save North Devon Hedgehog Rescue from closure by raising funds for a hedgehog hotel, which will house up to 50 hedgehogs over the winter.

About the project

Having spent the last eight years taking ill and injured hedgehogs into her home, Anni Nicholls is facing losing her hedgehog rescue to due a lack of space and funding.

With the hedgehog population now at less than one million, compared to 36.5 million in 1950, Anni dedicates her life to supporting this incredible species. The team here at are raising funds to help Anni keep her hedgehog rescue open.

Anni is hoping to build a hedgehog hotel, which would provide food and shelter for up to 50 hedgehogs. With the winter looming, this is a crucial time for hedgehogs.

The £2,500 raised would build the hedgehog hotel itself and provide funding for the installation of two large walk-in outdoor runs.

For your donation, you will be entered into a draw to win a £250 voucher.

Please help North Devon’s only hedgehog rescue centre secure a cosy home and food for hedgehogs this winter.
