Help to Equip Romogi Primary Health Care Centre in South Sudan
We've funded the building (see the picture taken mid-August) but sterliing has fallen in value and funds previously raised are inadequate to get the medical equipment needed!
£20,000 is needed by the end of September so that the Centre can open by the end of October.
South Sudan is the most dangerous place to be a pregnant woman. This centre will help to reduce both maternal and infant mortality over the coming years. 23,000 people will benefit from primary health services.
While inter-tribal conflict rages in the world's newest nation - South Sudan, the Kajo Keji region is peaceful. As our picture shows, it has been possible to build the facility in under a year!
