I'd like to raise the required funds to allow me to purchase an asset at below retail value for a profitable resale at retail value.

This project will only be funded if at least £10,000 is pledged by 2:04pm 12th June 2017

Hi, thanks for looking at my crowd funding project.

I'm looking to raise £10,000 to allow me to purchase an asset at below retail value. I have a membership in place to allow this and the retail market is thriving. My business partner is on his third 'flip' since January 2017 with profits in excess of £10,000 across all 3 sales and I'm extremely excited to become involved.

I'm prepared to offer funders of £1000 or more a lucrative 12 month deal that will return them 10% on their pledge plus their initial pledge back IN FULL at the end of month 12. If your money where to be sat in an ISA you would be lucky to receive 2.5% return after 12 months.

How I intend to do this is to purchase an asset at a time, sell, then re-invest the money building an investement pot of my own up during the 12 month period.

A worst case scenerio would be that I sell the purchased assets at the price I purchased them for making zero profit but allowing me to pay back my funders in full.

Here are the current purchases/sales my collegue has made this year:
