In March myself, Rona and and my brother Matt will travel to Lesvos in Greece to provide healthcare to refugees landing boats there from Turkey.  The situation out there is unrelenting, as boats of hundreds land everyday to begin their journey towards safety in Europe.  As is the case across Europe the government and UN response is inadequate for the numbers arriving and the gap is being filled by volunteers. By travelling over there we are having to self fund our trip and we are aiming to raise some funds to help us with car hire and accommodation, and although we intend to get some medicinal kit donated it is likely we will have to buy some supplies as well.  The bigger a car we can hire the better as it will mean we can help with transporting refugees from the coast to camps and medical centres.

The people landing in Greece are fleeing dangerous war zones, this isn't an easy choice it is life and death.
