Partnership Programme Manager and Studio Manager (Maternity cover)

A full-time role based in Crowdfunder's Bridport studio, working closely with our team in Newquay as well as some of our clients.

Manage production and delivery of Crowdfunder's partnership programme as well as manage design resource across multiple work streams.

Job description:

This is a varied role managing resource and production for two distinct but overlapping teams. You will have touch points across all aspects of the business to understand and support business priorities, delivery plans, resource, deadlines, and design requirements.

As programme manager you will work with our head of partnership delivery (who is based in Newquay) to plan, implement and execute the delivery of Crowdfunder's funding partner programme. You will ensure that all partners are effectively scheduled through the partnership lifecycle, from sales, contracting and payments, production, delivery, review and renewal. You will lead on production management of every partnership, working closely with the design team resource. You will allocate project resources, and be responsible for weekly priorities and targets, motivating and managing delivery team members. 

As studio manager you will effectively resource manage our creative team in Bridport. Working closely with our head of design, you'll head up planning and resourcing delivery of design tasks that the team are engaged with. You'll receive and develop design briefs for from across the business and ensure items are delivered to requirements and on time.

You are a natural organiser, a project manager and a people person. You understand the creative environment and production process and are willing to get stuck in at all levels. 

You are forward thinking, always plan ahead, and are flexible and agile in your approach to getting things done.

You're a communicator, direct and diplomatic, and have a keen ability to balance business priorities with stakeholder priorities and manage expectations.

Knowledge or previous experience of crowdfunding an advantage.

The specifics:

This is a fixed-term contract starting in the summer. The role is full-time and based in Crowdfunder’s Bridport studio. Salary based on experience.
