To provide a potentially life-saving defibrillator for the community and visitors of Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire.

About the project

Hi! We are the team from the Nail and Beauty Lounge in Poulton. We have recently undergone First Aid training and were made aware of the importance of a defibrillator in life threatening heart-related incidents. Time is vital in these situations as every minute without CPR and defibrillation reduces someones chances of survival by 10%. Defibrillators require little to no medical training to use and so the central location of the salon means the equipment is available to the public in an emergency situation and will hopefully save lives. Please help us to raise money for this equipment that will benefit our community x
