We are a non profit community Cheerleading Squad that due to loosing our home training faciliies to a planning application for housing being granted and the gym we were training in having to relocating and unfortuneately not being able to accomodate us any longer , we need to find a new home for our young cheerleaders to carry on .
After struggling to find suitable premises ( due to height restrictions) We have been offered premises to rent but they are currently in a disused state but are suitable ( heightwise) but unfortunately they need to have extensive refurbishments to be safe to use including a new electricity supply, which has been quoted at £10.000 + and internal refurbishments including windows ( which there are non ) , sanding and re -staining of the dance floor area - new kitchen facilities / toilets and thorough cleaning of all areas. We would also need to install an initial sprung floor area which could be added to as the squads grow in numbers.
