Let us introduce ourselves, we're a young couple with a 10 week old boy.
We have been trying to save for our own home but as is the normal with a young couple renting we're finding it hard to save.
We live in an investor driven area where property prices are amongst the lowest in the UK but the rental prices are high compared.
We simply want to provide for our son and give him everything we didn't have. The house that we are in currently would cost us around 40% less a month if we had a mortgage rather than rented.
We know that crowdfunding is used for a wide range of uses and good causes but for us we feel this is a just cause. Helping a young family find it's feet in the unpredictable property market could make such a huge impact in our lives and our sons.
We fully appreciate what we're asking for is a huge ask but we feel what have we got to lose by trying?
We either manage to get to achieve our dream or we get to say we tried.
Thank you for your consideration.
