This is Sushi, before and after treatment provided by the Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) and this is why we want to help...
We are Nick and Sarah, a Bath based couple who love animals and feel really strongly about animal welfare, so we have decided to embark on a mission to help animals around the world by fundraising for WVS. To raise the money, we will be taking on a canoe challenge down the Zambezi river. Our reward for our hard work of fundraising and intense canoeing will be visiting an elephant orphanage in Zambia supported by the WVS. Clearly, we can't wait!
ABOUT THE WVS:
Now in existence since 2003, the Worldwide Veterinary Service is a locally based company (Dorset), which continues to strive to expand its programmes around the world to help animals in need in places where no one else will. From disaster emergency response to international veterinary training and community education programmes, WVS is on the frontline of animal welfare.
It is our goal to raise money for this charitable work that is vital to the welfare of so many animals and communities across so many countries.
In an average year, the work of WVS ensures…
150k animals treated,
100 teams deployed
850 aid parcels sent
500 vets trained
250 other charities supported
please help us help them carry on their missions around the world! ????
