New Loyal Orange Lodge Banner

New Lodge Banner for Bateson's True Blues LOL 1925

my name is John Miller and I am the secretary for Bateson's True Blues LOL 1925, Lisburn District No.6, in the County of Antrim.
Our Lodge was formed in 1865 in respect of the late Sir Robert Bateson, 1st Baronet of Belvoir Park.

Bateson entered the British House of Commons in 1830, sitting for Londonderry until 1842, when he was succeeded in the constituency by his eldest son Robert. He was a magistrate in County Down and represented it as a Deputy Lieutenant.

In 1870, the Lodge moved to Lisburn District No 6 and therefore in 2020 the above lodge will be celebrating its 150th year in the Lisburn District.

We would kindly ask that you support our Lodge in reaching our goal of £4000 to purchase a new banner that will be unveiled and dedicated on the 150th anniversary.  Furthermore, we would be delighted if you could also attend the dedication in 2020.

Thank you,

Bro John Miller Sec
