A weekly food subscription service sending out pre weighed and packed food to ensure you are eating the correct food at the right time!
About the project
My Gym Chef was set up by me when trying to shift weight for my wedding 2 years ago. I paid a very expensive online personal trainer to write me up a meal plan and training programme.
I had to go between 3 supermarkets to get all the food to follow the plan. Then there was the prep and lots of food waste as I was doing this alone. You can't just buy 100g of kale in the supermarket so I found myself throwing away food on a daily basis.
At My Gym Chef we create custom meal plans for each and every customer. We then source ALL the food you would need to follow that plan. We weigh every meal out to the exact gram to make sure you are getting the correct macronutrients throughtout the day. Vacuum sealing everything individually so there is no waste to you!
All of this is then packaged up in our special temperature controlled packaging and delivered nationwide!
We will use this money to get our packaging printed instead of stick on labels. The majority of money will go towards advertising our great product and getting the brand out there!
