Im raising funds to start my own mobile catering company.
Ever since i was a child i loved experimenting with food, helping my mum and dad when ever i could in the kitchen. Then when i was 16 years old i started off in a kitchen as a dish washer, a few weeks went by and one of the chefs called in sick on a busy night. The head chef then asked me if i could lend a hand, to which i agreed. And so begins my culinary journey.
I trained there for the next 4 years, and then started doing functions on my own. I then started to dream about starting my own business, what is a better way to get my food out to the masses than in a truck. I then developed my business model into a plan.
