The extra money raised will allow us to fund the whole show and provide better refreshments at the event and an overall higher quality degree show
To raise money to showcase a years worth of hardwork, tears, and tantrums, culminating in some incredible advertising work.
About the project
21st May 2015:
Every year the Edinburgh Napier MSC Creative Advertising course students showcase the work they have produced to the public. Sounds great, right? The only problem is that printing, mounting and curating such a large volume of work costs a huge amount and we're poor students.
We are the new generation of advertising folk and we've produced work for clients as diverse as Glenfarclas, Tennants, Wallis, Edinburgh Zoo and Valvona & Crolla. The exhibition will feature the very best of our work from the past 9 months - including a Roses student award winner - in the hope of showcasing our work to advertising industry professionals, our friends & family and really anyone else who fancies a look! It's going to be a fantastic event - but only if we can afford to produce it.
We all want to display as much of our work as possible - but the more we have to print, the more money we have to source. As this is a full-time course and many of us are funding the degrees on our own, we're currently struggling.
This is where we need your help. £500 will allow us to produce, print and mount half of the work we want to put in the show. We would be incredibly grateful if you could help us to put together an event that will kickstart our careers and showcase the fruits of our labour of the last year to the public.
Thanks for reading, and we would love to see you at Merchiston Campus on the 21st of May!
