We are the Young, Professional, and Ambitious team, who care about people’s life.

We want to make fitness easier, more accessible and flexible for you in both time and location.

 Rather than you go to a coach, a coach will come to you. At any location and at any time during the day.

We are offering two services: Office Fitness and Personal Fitness.

Office Fitness

MobiCoach will go to a company and do a quick 20 - 30 min fitness session. These sessions are intended to refresh employees mind, increase overall health and productivity. They are short and effective. All sessions are done and prepared by a professional personal fitness trainer.

Not many companies have extra rooms and facilities. Hence our sessions will be at the places where people  work.

Why are sessions short?

Our idea is to make people's life healthier and also increase company's performance. To reduce the lack of time wasted, our sessions  and programmers will be short and straightforward.

 MobiFit = Productivity

If people  exercise regularly, they understand there are many more benefits other than just weight loss or staying in shape. Exercise helps improve all aspects of employees  life, including work productivity.

When you exercise, you are also increasing blood flow to the brain, which can help sharpen your awareness and make you more ready to tackle your next big project. Exercise can also give you more energy. Having more energy means you will feel more awake at work.

One way to be more productive on the job is to have improved mental health. Regular exercise can help curb feelings of anxiety and depression. When you exercise, your brain releases serotonin that helps you feel better and improves your state of mind, making the stresses of work easier to handle. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter in the brain that sends messages to the body to stimulate mood and emotion, according to the University of Cambridge.

With an improved immunity, you minimize your chances for getting influenza and the common cold. Exercise reduces your risk of developing type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension and heart disease – all of which can interfere with work productivity.

Sessions we are offering 

Easy Fitness - general exercises with minimum equipment.

Pro Fitness - advanced exercises using different types of equipment.

Boxing - exercises using boxing techniques.

Yoga - an after work, session to stretch and relax.

Massage - neck massage and general massage.

Personal Fitness

MobiCoach will go to any location and time chosen by you. Each session includes a before and after general health check. Sessions are 1 hour long, however you can choose to do more hours . You can book one MobiCoach even if you are with friends and have a group training session.

Now we are offering one off a session or you can sign the contract with us for at least 3 months. If you sign the contract with us, we offer our clients 24/7 call service, personal fitness and diet program.  Our MobiCoach will look for you, track your progress. We are very flexible for different sort of fitness so we can give whole range of different fitness and classes to our client

In the near future, we are planning to launch an app.

The idea is to make Personal Fitness even more flexible. If you want a training session go to the app. The first thing you see is a map, which shows nearest available MobiCoaches in your area. You will then have to choose the type of session you want (i.e cardio, general fitness, yoga etc.), the length of the session and confirm your location and time. When you get confirmation you will be able to see information about qualifications, achievements and rating of your MobiCoach.

 Each session will also includes a before and after general health check.
