By providing leaflet and booklets we hope to create the awareness and break fears they may have about coming forward with mental health conditons and seek help. Many suffer in silence and live in denial about this issues due to cultural beliefs and taboos. This will also promote more integration through open discussions and forums thereby promoting healthy and sound mental health in the local community.
