Umu, Abdulai and Paulina were born with a serious heart condition called tetralogy of fallot. Without an operation they are going to die and every day that goes by we move closer to the day that their hearts finally give up. The corrective surgery that will save their lives is not possible in Sierra Leone. The kind people from Health City hospital heard their story and have pledged to perform their operations for free. The only thing that we have to do is get them there. It will cost £15,000 to get Umu, Abdulai, Paulina and their mothers to the cardiac centre. These brave children are one step away from an operation that will mean they can live a normal life. Let us help to get them there.
