If we make enough we would use the extra money to make the area the bench is installed on look as wonderful as possible as well as donating any excess to the road safety charity 'Brake', so please give what you can.

We did it

We wish to install a memorial bench on the UEA campus in memory of our dearly loved and missed friend and we need you guys to help :)

Project aim
We wisht to install a memorial bench on the UEA campus in memory of our dearly loved and missed friend.
About the project
The Live Music Society have a memorial gig for our dear friend Rakesh Joshi, who passed away in March of this year.The gig is being held in support of our campaign to install a memorial bench for Rak somewhere on UEA campus. We'll be collecting donations throughout the night that will go straight to funding this bench. Come and join us in a night of remembrance for an incredible guy that we all love and miss.
We need to raise around £800 to afford a bench, a plaque, and have it installed on campus. Please give what you can to help remeber a very special individual.
We collected a great amount on the evening of the event and are now working towards rasining funds to help road safety charities and to provide measures to improve road safety in the local area, with the target of around £600.
Thank you to anyone who has been involved with this project and helped us remember our friend.
