A bespoke weekend designed around your stage of recovery, covering: 1) NUTRITIONAL SHOPPING: educating on how to shop and eat healthy 2) BEAUTY SHOPPING: navigating through products & brands best suited to your needs 3) STYLING SESSION: helping you dress with confidence 4) FITNESS: personal fitness & meditation session. Held in London, over two days (doesn't have to be consecutive) Meals & refreshments incl. Travel & accommodation not incl.
