Project aim

We are a village cricket club suffering huge problems with the locals (cows) that damage our wire fence and trample the square.

About the project

As you can see from the image we play cricket in a beautuful setting however we are suffering more and more with the local cows destroying our wire fence and ruining the pitch. We are really keen to offer junior cricket however we are taking one step forward and two steps back financially due to damage caused by the cows. Sometimes the cows rope the horses into their antics which causes even more damage.

A permanent wooden fence would make a huge difference to us as a club and would allow us to seriously build for the future and to offer cricket to the local juniors. It would also stop the groundsmen from pulling their hair out.

If we are lucky enough to raise the required funds we can't offer much but will be happy to engrave (professionally) any backers names into the main gate that will be seen on entry to the club.

Any help will be hugely appreciated!
