New stretch target

If we manage to reach our original target & are lucky enough to receive more funding then we would like to have a toilet & wash facilities installed at our Scout Storage building in Ivanhoe Drive. These would enable us to undertake more Scouting activities in our compound such practicing to put up & take drop tents, fire lighting & backwoods cooking.

We at the 9th Kenton Scout Group; based in Kenton, Harrow, Middlesex; want to ensure that every local young person is able to fully access the exciting Scouting opportunities that we provide. We are currently raising funds to actively support families who are suffering financial hardship resulting in the possibility of their children missing out on the extra fun, learning of new skills & social interaction that Scouting provides.

With your help we can offer additional support to ensure that these children, who might otherwise miss out on the opportunity, are able to join us for Scout camps, trips & to partake in the huge range of exciting Scouting activities that we arrange & run weekly throughout the year.

We aim to provide ALL young people who take part in our activities with the opportunity to mix with girls & boys of the same age from a range of regions, ethnicities & classes from across the local community.

If you could help us reach our small target of £500 it will guarantee that your contribution will be magnified to result in us securing an additional £2,500 of income through agreed match funding from Harrow Council & the Young Harrow Foundation.
