Born in 2017, this wholesale greeting cards business aims to promote the art of local working artists and generate revenue from ethical sourcing of recycled paper on which to print. Current artists have given their first works free of charge and so the £950 fund will go wholly towards printing costs, envelopes, licening and trademarking.
In essence the project seeks to:
- Promote and support emerging local artists
- Print on sustainable, recycled papere
- Create relationships with independant retailers accross the region
