Would you like a strong Green voice on Liverpool Council?

Do you want to see our precious green spaces protected?

Can you donate £50 to make that happen?

In May 2018 half of Liverpool's Green councillors are up for re-election. Over the last 4 years Tom Crone and Lawrence Brown have:

+ Prevented the destruction of Sefton Park Meadows

+ Put Green policies firmly and squarely on the council agenda

+ Worked tirelessly to stand up for residents interests in all their dealings with the council

However many of these achievements are now at risk. Mayor Joe Anderson has just revealed that he still plans to build on The Meadows after all. Without Green councillors to stop him Mayor Anderson will ignore the wishes of local people and there will be bulldozers on our green spaces before you know it. Is that a risk worth taking?

We need to raise £2,000 in order to make sure that Tom and Lawrence get re-elected. This will pay for leaflets, newsletters and other materials to get the Green Party's message out to voters.

Every penny that we raise makes a difference. For example:

+ £20 pays for 500 'Vote Green' window posters

+ £50 pays for 2,500 'Pledge Cards' telling voters about our key policies

+ £100 pays for 1,000 full colour leaflets warning of the danger to Sefton Park Meadows

+ £250 pays for a Greenview Newsletter to go to all 13,000 houses in both Greenbank and St. Michaels

Donate now and you can wake up on the 4th of May knowing that you helped to re-elect two fantastic local councillors.
