Larah is an aspiring theatre director who graduated from CCCU in 2014 with a 1st Class BA in Performing Arts. Since then, she has worked as a theatre director, producer and performer.She is now looking to the future and wants to expand her knowledge and scope of directing, and plans to do this by working as as Assistant Director for established and well-respected directors.
Larah has been chosen by NYMT as one of 4 Assistant Directors, and will work specifically with Kate Golledge on 'The Battle of Boat'; the première of this brand new musical will take place between 11th-13th August 2016 at the Rose Theatre in Kingston, London.
The cost of £1,100 is an all-in fee which pays for the mentorship and accommodation/meals throughout residential rehearsals.Every penny you can spare will go to the course fees and Larah shall be forking out for travel expenses, pizza and G&T's herself...

NYMT offers exceptional opportunities for those who have recently graduated from – or are about to complete courses at – university, drama school, college, conservatoire or other higher education institutions. The NYMT Creative Team Mentoring Scheme offers places to Assistant Directors, Assistant Choreographers, Assistant Musical Directors, Designers and Wardrobe Supervisors. We are able to offer such opportunities to those aiming to work professionally in the performing arts.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the UK’s leading practitioners.

A course fee will be payable to cover costs of accommodation, meals and tutoring throughout rehearsals and production weeks.
