Klick: Blue fades into the invisible

Klick's last exhibition of the year is looming and we need your help making it the best we've done yet!

Klick's last exhibition of the year is fast approaching and we need your help making it the best we've done yet!

What's happening?

"Blue fades into the invisible" will be the largest exhibition Klick has held to date, taking place at OVADA gallery in Oxford from 28th October - 13th November 2016. Containing the work of 8 young artists, 4 from Oxford and 4 from our twin city of Leiden, the exhibition will present work exploring the theme 'a sense of place', which has been developed over the past twelve months. Our artistic practices are diverse, including sound art, installation, and printmaking. The exhibition will also form a part of the 70th anniversary celebrations of the Oxford-Leiden link.

Why pledge?

In order to continue the physical aspect of this collaboration, we would like to reciprocate the generosity of our Leiden counterparts. This would include being able to support their participation in the exhibition and allow them to join us in Oxford.

As this is also a celebration of the 70th anniversary of the twinning between Oxford and Leiden, we would like to deliver work to the highest standard and utilise the large space that has generously been provided by OVADA. Funds raised would also support our technical and operational costs.

We would like to support other local young creatives during our exhibition by inviting them to give artist talks and performances. Your pledges would help us to give others a platform to share their work with a wider audience. These events will be free and open to the public.

All of the support we receive throughout this campaign will be gratefully appreciated by us. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you in October!
