Junior Knitting kits for Uganda Children's Centre

I'd like to take junior knitting needles and balls of wool to Jireh Children's Centre in Uganda, and teach them to knit for themselves,

Any additional funding will be donated to the charity US2Uganda4Life which funds all aspects of the Children's Home

Last year I visited Jireh Children's Centre in Masaka, Uganda and saw how much pleasure little knitted headbands gave to the children.  I return in May this year, and would like to take junior size knitting needles, and balls of wool to teach the children to knit for themselves.  Not only will it give them pleasure, but may provide a useful skill for them in later life.  Junior needles cost £1.70 each, and a ball of wool about £3.
