Raising funds for my sons mobility pushchair. He has diplegic cerebral palsy, which was diagnosed When he was 20 months old. He was given a mobility pushchair at aged 2. Due to Jacob starting school in September 2015 . I requested a wheelchair for him. To make his school days more easier and make him feel more independent. What I didn't know at the time of signing for the chair. I was told the nhs would need to take Jacobs pushchair back !!
Massive shoke shoke to me as it's not practical for myself and Jacob to carry out daily tasks. Such as shopping ect .his wheel chair is self propelling and with Jacobs age he isn't safe to do so out and about. The breaks aren't easy to reach and quite stiff. A major elite pushchair is ideal and he can use one for atleast another 2/ 3 years if needed .if I reach my target any funds over . I shall donate to family funds charity who have helped so many families with disabled children
