Creative England returns to Crowdfunder, this time with £80,000 of funding to support the UK’s leading filmmakers.

The new iShorts campaign will premiere the brightest and most exciting film talent from across the country.

iShorts is Creative England’s annual film initiative, working together with us and the BFI NET.WORK to uncover the most promising talent coming through the ranks today.

It throws up tales from the north, south and everywhere in–between (outside of Greater London) and takes in themes ranging from imaginary friends and childhood, to cults, divorce and monsters.

There’s £5,000 available to each crew, and Crowdfunder provides the platform to raise essential extra funding on top. In the process, it’s the most effective way of building a loyal audience and getting spotted by the film industry.

Can you spot the next Stephen Spielberg? Pledge on their projects to show your support.
