Hello Everyone,
I have lived in the UK for some years and since then I have been on a journey to try and make my life and that of my child better. I have applied and was successful in getting 2 visas that covered me for 3 years each. These cost me a considerable amount at each turn, coupled with solicitor charges.
I am now in a rather sticky situation with having to live life normally. I am now in need of re-applying for a visa or for my UK passport if I am allowed. I just want to be a good dad, live happily and provide a future for my child, but, at the moment, I am not able to comfortably do this; along with all the costs that entail a life and not lose my mind. It’s a very stressful situation and has adversely affected my health, but, I am determined to make a success of this life and be a valued part of my community.
I have been an active part in the community I live in and have given my time to provide to the less fortunate. From feeding rough sleepers in my City to being one of two people in my workplace that helped our local soup kitchen with fundraising, food donations and appliances to help alleviate the stress felt by the team there and also to be a positive force for change in both the community and workplace. It also helped me teach a valuable lesson to my child.
