We are a small local IT support organisation based in the heart of Lancashire, UK whose sole aim is to help a wide variety of people from the ages of 10-90 with their IT problems. We provide on-call support where our volunteers will go out to people’s homes to fix IT related issues, in-call support where the general public will drop in for advice, troubleshooting IT problems , IT Security Awareness and Training, IT demonstrations and top tips through various IT workshops.
We were formed in 2012 when a group of friends (graduates), who are recognised experts in their particular field came together to dedicate their time and effort to collaborate and exchange ideas with the sole aim in helping people with their IT problems. We believe since technology is always evolving, continued IT support, advice, and security awareness should be free for everyone. We never charge anyone for our services, however donations are always welcome. We have seen too many times the wrong advice or service given or extras offered when they aren’t needed ultimately leading to providing poor quality and service to their customers resulting in individuals suffering and their confidence degraded.
Our fundraising goal is to raise at least £5,000 for new IT equipment, operating expenses and continued running of our services to the general public.
