Help keep my business going so I can start hiring

I started my company five months ago, and have had some great feedback, and a couple of small jobs so far. My dream is to get big enough that I can start hiring - mainly mums who want to return to work or the disabled. I run a company that runs and manages events, so the majority of the work can be done from anywhere, which is why I want to give back to the community by mainly hiring people who find it difficult doing 9-5, but are perfectly williing and capable to work.
