After being mediaclly discharged from the Army i struggled to get work due to lack of experience, was acused of being too injured and as i had suffered with PTSD nobody would want to know me. This made me realise that i had to get a hold of life myself and take charge of my own situation to not only gain employment but to get the feeling of self worth and a sense of purpose in life again. This was what drove me day by day to get up and was a massive part of my rehabilitation. I now offer the same opportunities to local men and women that are leaving the services and that find themselves in a postion i once was. We do have 4 Ex Servicemen working with us now but with lack of funding from anyone we are struggling to go on much more. This is a great business with a fantastic reputation but nobody has been kind enough thus far to offer any kind of help or funding. This project is to support guys like myself, help rehabilitate them, give them that sense of self worth and purpose and ultimately to give they guys a decent and fair wage that they can take home to their families each month.
