GreenFayre New Business Party Plan & Catalogue

GreenFayre is a small company, based in an old mining village on the outskirts of Doncaster & known for our range of unique products which are a complete mix of styles & which all adhere to our motto of being either "Fair Trade, Handcrafted, Recycled & Battery Free!" We have been asked by our increasing customer base to provide a catalogue containing our carefully selected products, which they can look at & order from home for those without internet and which can also accompany a new party plan, which has also been requested. It will also be mailed out to our customers who have previously bought from us online through our website, or at events we have visited before, or who may have received one of our gifts and would like to see more! The funds requested are to cover the printing involved in producing the first edition of our proposed brochure, which will be published twice a year by local printers and updated approximately every 6 weeks with supplements which will reflect the relevant national holiday/occasions at the time, ie, Mothers Day/Easter/Christmas etc! In providing this addition to our small business, we will also be creating income opportunities for members of our local community initially, as well as eventually through out the UK, by way of Party plan reps & area Reps. We will also be able to use this initiative to continue helping to promote UK independent trade and increase awareness of Fair Trade business too. Printing of first edition catalogue, leaflets and order forms £783.00 (printing.com Doncaster) Light box for photographing new products for inclusion in catalogue £40.00 (Amazon.co.uk) NB: We have also (as advised) factored in a smaller amount to go towards helping to cover the expense of the rewards offered & the paypal fees encountered if we are successful in gaining enough support to hit our target. This rounds up the amount requested to £900.00 We have our 'bricks & mortar' shop in Rossington, DN11 which opened last April & we also have our website which is www.greenfayre.co.uk. The guestbook on our site & the reviews included in the supporting Docs section, give an indication of our reputation & customer base so far. We are also grateful for our growing presence online which currently consists of approx: 700 Fb Friends, 300 Fb Likes' & 900 Twitter followers (@GreenFayreGifts) and allows us to keep in touch with our customers whilst also acknowledging their feedback. Everybody who takes the time to support us, will be automatically updated through each step of our journey and added to our list of newsletter recipients if they wish. Thank you very muchly to everyone who takes the time to support us - it is sincerely appreciated and will genuinely make a difference ... But even if you can't this time, please remember to try your best to support ALL your local small businesses as much as you can! We realise it isn't always feasible, but the value of your £1 that you spend at your local shop/Butchers/Hardware store, (if you can), is significantly higher than if you were to spend it at a large department store and it DOES honestly help to support your own town/community! (Plus it makes you feel good too :) ) Many thanks again & take care, Julie Poland (MD GreenFayre Gifts & Homewares Ltd.)
