Hello, my name is Georgia and I'd like to share my story with you.
Years of struggling with food intolerance and allergies brought me to the point where I became almost afraid to eat. Intolerance to gluten, dairy, honey and eggs left me constantly tired, undernourished and depressed - all because of my diet.
I decided things had to change, so I spent a huge amount of time researching and experimenting with foods and food combinations, cooking with healthy plant-based products and creating delicious meals while avoiding all the symptom-causing ingredients. Eating this way has allowed me to take control of my allergies and manage the symptoms, stopping the constant pain, restoring my energy and giving me my life back again.
My journey has inspired me to create many of my own recipes to take the place of the traditional dishes we loved. These are all plant-based, free of gluten, dairy, egg, honey and refined sugar...but not flavour free.
I created Gmeal because I want to help others to get healthier and happier too, one small step at a time. By creating all plant-based meals, I am also contributing to a kind and ethical world. It's my way of turning someting negative into something really positive. If I can spread health and happiness to others, then this is a success!
All dishes and juices are prepared to order by myself and my kitchen using fresh, natural ingredients and techniques which preserve taste and nutritional value. It is low-fat, low-salt, non-GMO, organic where possible, no gluten, no dairy, no honey, no eggs, no refined sugar and contains absolutely no meat. I use lots of seeds and nuts. I never deep-fry or microwave.
I have learnt more on this health adventure that I could have possibly imagined and I really want to share it with the whole world. Please, help this dream come true.
