We are trying to raise money to help one of our members get to Sheffield 2017 for the Special Olympics National Games! Adam has been selected to play for the East Midlands Special Olympics Basketball team to compete against the other regions across Britain. We are doing a sponsored 5 mile walk to raise money for Adam with any additional proceeds going back into the club! Feel free to join us on September 17th in Hayfield as we walk the Sett Valley Trail.
Here is Adam in action at one of our weekly basketball sessions. Adam is one of our orginal members and has been training with us for over a year since the club was started back in April 2015. We have had over 20 members in this short space of time and are always looking for more to come down and get involved!
