I am raising £1,000 to help a young brother and his family from Gaza, Palestine. Since Israel attacked and destroyed a big part of Gaza, people are left without jobs and homes, they are left without the possibility of supporting and feeding their own families. My aim is to start with one family at a time because I care. Do you care enough to help them?
About the project
It has been a year since the conflict began in Gaza but the humanitarian situation continues to be at a record low as thousands lack basic items as well as adequate food and clean water to keep them healthy.
Over 2,100 people were killed thousands more injured during the Israeli military operation in Gaza in July and August.
Relentless air attacks targeting multiple sites in blockaded Gaza and military forces subsequently entered the coastal enclave, with a ceasefire agreed after more than 50 days of fighting.
Following the ceasefire, where relative calm has been restored, the focus has shifted to reconstruction. Over 18,000 homes were destroyed and critical infrastructure, such as clean water treatment plants severely damaged.
Our aim is to help all these families that have been affected and lost everything they had.
Help us to repair broken lives! Help us make a difference!
