BLINK will be running 5K at Glow in the Park to raise money towards a national tour of FOUR CORNERS.
We want audiences across the country to see this show.
‘What drew me in was how two white women and two black men, two able bodied people, and two learning disabled people, and most importantly four dance theatre performers were going to collaborate to make a show together. What I experienced was a truly innovative and original kind of practice, where everyone’s way of expressing themselves is respected, embraced and celebrated.’ FOUR CORNERS Dramturg Mojisola Abadayo.
Part theatre show and part gig FOUR CORNERS weaves together unique mix of dance, storytelling and live music. The show aims to provide a thought provoking and subtly political exploration of identity and how this connects with property, loss and finding yourself in a new way against a backdrop of vibrant colours and bespoke beats and soundscapes.
We were immensely proud of the diversity of our audiences in London. We ran FOUR CORNERS inspired workshops and projects in SEND schools, collegages and community settings that saw the show. We want to do more of these across the country. We believe reaching an audience is as important as providing an opportunity for people to develop their own creativity.
“The inclusivity of the piece speaks for itself, as the performers go on a journey by looking through each others eyes as well as learning about individuality. I’ve never seen a more enthusiastic or deserving audience. The pure joy was infectious.” A Younger Theatre Review by Bethany Dickinson.
Help us to bring FOUR CORNERS to new audiences across the country and inspire the next generation.
