We all take journeys in our lives, mine was culinary. I learned how to loose 5stone in weight through food and exercise. My journey has been made possible by the creation of menus to enjoy not fear. Menus that I want to teach the wider community to come and do for themselves and produce healthy, filling, rich and indulgent food without the fat and calories!
I'm in the process of finishing a cook book to support the classes at the cookery centre and menu ideas.
Working with high profile diet organisations and a nutritionist, were ready to get locals into kitchens, understanding food, learning skills and cooking themselves healthy and happy!
